Yoga Cleanse

Lisa has curated the Yoga Cleanse program specifically for women, offering a unique blend of Yoga styles and Qigong influenced by Eastern Traditional Yoga. Tailored for beginners and beyond, this program welcomes women of all ages to embark on a transformative journey. Unlike the familiar vinyasa yoga classes, the Yoga Cleanse introduces a fresh and distinctive approach to wellness, integrating elements inspired by ancient Eastern traditions.

Through this program, you'll delve into a holistic practice that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. With a focus on gentle movements, mindful breathing, and energy cultivation, the Yoga Cleanse invites you to explore new dimensions of well-being and self-discovery. I’m not flexible will I be able to do Lisa’s yoga?

It's a common misconception that one needs to be exceptionally flexible to practice yoga. In Lisa's classes, this notion is dispelled as you'll find yourself primarily seated on the floor with supportive props like blankets or bolsters. The other portion of the class involves gentle standing movements accompanied by deep breathing exercises. Flexibility, as Lisa teaches, is a state of mind, and deep breathing facilitates the opening of the body.

Each class is thoughtfully tailored to emphasize gentle movements combined with potent breathwork to purify, rebalance, and stabilize both body and mind. The session concludes with meditation, followed by the soothing resonance of the Gong, which harmonizes the entire mind-body system, fostering a sense of equilibrium.

By the class's end, you may experience emotional release and a deeper connection with yourself. Lisa's yoga is a holistic technology addressing the needs of the entire body system, extending far beyond the physical aspects typically associated with power vinyasa yoga. After one session, you're likely to emerge invigorated, filled with bliss, and profoundly peaceful.


In a private yoga session, we have the opportunity to collaborate closely, determining the intentions and goals that will shape our time together. This personalized approach ensures that each session is tailored to your specific needs and aspirations, allowing us to maximize the benefits of our practice.

Individual Session

60 MINUTE SESSION: $85- $150

Lisa offers individual coaching, private yoga, and meditation sessions as well as and sound baths tailored to the request of the student. Whether you are brand new to yoga or an advanced yogi these individual sessions help heal the mind body and soul. Lisa offers these at her home studio or in the comfort of your own home.

Prenatal Session

60 MINUTE SESSION: $85- $150 Couple

Prenatal private sessions are designed for your pregnancy: Focusing on the connection between momma and baby and creating what you need depending on your trimester, energy level, and what you want out of your time on your mat. Lisa, mother of three, has infinite wisdom to hold the space, whether you need to move and breathe or keep it easy and gentle, these sessions will help you stay nurtured and grounded during this very special time in your life. Bring daddy along for the fun and let him create a bond to help adjust to fatherhood when his new bundle of joy arrives.

Group Session

80 MINUTE SESSION: $175 - $200+

Lisa offers private group sessions in her sacred space in her home or at your location for birthdays, bachelorette parties, college groups, corporate wellness or any women’s group that would like to get together and practice. Private group sessions can be geared to all skill levels from beginner to any mixed-level yoga students.  A $75 non-refundable deposit is required when booking your private group session. The deposit is applied to price of session. For larger groups we can customize depending on your needs.  Group sessions are 80 minutes. $175 - In-Studio allows for 6-8 students Starting at $200 for off site in Nashville with mats

A gong bath (meditation) also known as a Sound Bath or a Sound Massage is a fully clothed, relaxing, and blissful experience where you bathe in the healing sound waves, No Baths involved, and no clothes removed. You simply lie down on mats, wrap yourself in a blanket and your head on a pillow, close your eyes and relax.

Gong baths are highly rejuvenating for the body and bring about an overall sense of relaxation, which can reduce stress as well as help develop a better ability to cope with stress, help move emotional blockages from trauma, and even stimulate healing.


Regenerating the parasympathetic nervous system, gong baths slow the body down, sending out calming feelings so that the body has time to repair itself, helping the brain to understand that there is no danger, and it can relax. Strengthens the immune system as the body repairs itself in a relaxed state.

Additional benefits

At the physiological level, heart rate and respiration rate slow down and come into balance during a sound bath as the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, and some studies have even shown that nitric oxide (which regulates physiological processes related to good health) in the blood increases.

Each session begins with light warmups and breathwork and end with a guided meditation.
