Whatever you call comfy! No need to dress up or wear any special ‘yoga’ gear. Choose something that makes you feel relaxed and that’s easy to move in. Kick off your shoes and stay a while. No really… you won’t need shoes in the practice space, so you can leave those outside the room.
SHOULD I COME EARLY?
Yes, make sure you have plenty of time before class to settle in and get to know the space. Say hi to me and the other students. This is all about community.
WHAT IF I’M NOT FLEXIBLE?
Kundalini yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about creating a flexible mind. Each time you come you find yourself a bit more comfortable in your body.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Bring a yoga mat, bolster or cushion, blanket and a water bottle. This is a home studio, I only have a few mats and cushions.

WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT? CAN I STILL TAKE CLASS?
Of course! I actually am trained in Pre-natal yoga so we can make modifications. I just don’t allow any deep breath work for the mommas.
CAN I TAKE CLASS IF I AM INJURED OR HAVE A PHYSICAL LIMITATION?
Yes! Some students come to class and just sit in the room and absorb the energy that is generated. If you feel as though your injury would prevent you from doing poses safely, I recommend you consult you doctor first. Please let me know about your injury before class. We always listen to our body.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Since this is a home studio please park in the street, not the driveway. There is always plenty of parking.
DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS?
Yes I have an outdoor bathroom and changing room. Great for classes after work.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
The studio is located in Mission Viejo in a residential neighborhood. I am very close to the Mission Viejo mall and freeway. The yoga room is in the backyard so please enter to through the left gate when coming to class.
