
With the holidays around the corner I always get excited connecting in my women’s circles and gatherings. They offer such a beautiful way to reconnect, celebrate, and support one another in a sacred space. Much like the communities known as "Blue Zones"—where people live longer, healthier lives—these loving gatherings cultivate a sense of connection, joy, and a shared sense of purpose. Blue Zones around the world emphasize the benefits of community, purpose, movement, and nourishing food.
