I am delighted to invite you to our next Women's Full Moon Circle on August 19th. This sacred gathering is a powerful opportunity for us to come together, celebrate, and harness the transformative energy of the full moon.
Join us as we create a nurturing and supportive space for reflection, connection, and empowerment. Through meditation, breathwork, and sacred rituals, we will honor the cycles of the moon and our own inner wisdom. This is a time to release what no longer serves us, set powerful intentions, and embrace the abundant energy of the full moon.
Our Full Moon Circle is a special time for women to connect deeply with themselves and with one another, fostering a sense of sisterhood and community. Whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned participant, all are welcome to join this beautiful gathering.
What to Bring:
- A journal and pen
- Comfortable clothing
- A bolster or cushion
- A small offering (such as a crystal, flower, or any symbolic item)
- An open heart and mind
