Kundalini Yoga + Full Moon Ritual: Sagittarius | Optimistic

A powerful Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class dedicated to the Full Moon Energy. Boost your energy level in this powerful cleansing class as we sweep out the old and bringin the new energy of the past month or even year! This class will purify your body and mind, bringing in a renewed perspective to enhance your awareness and vibration. The universe vibrates and so do you, lets tune you up and brighten your day!

In this Sacred Moon circles, you can expect to tap into a sensuous sacred space that takes on its own magic and energy. Moon Circles are a great time to refine and purify your mind. It’s a time to befriend your soul, cleansing and letting go of last month, which is so important to do right now. The Full Moon enhances meditation, prayer and allows you to clean the subconscious mind and mega-multiply the power of prayers. During these cycles of the moon we are even more sensitive to receiving insight and perceptions through honoring our inner gifts. 


Yogi Bhajan taught that our biofeedback moves from the New Moon to Full Moon, and then from Full Moon to New Moon in a cycle. Using the moon to guide us is simple and the cycles of the moon have a special relationship with our inner higher consciousness. During the phase of full or new moon it’s easier to access and eliminate deep emotional blocks.

June's Full Moon rises on the night of Friday, June 5th and is the last Full Moon of Spring. It is also a lunar eclipse and is not a good omen for strained relationships. Even maintaining harmony in healthy relationships will require extra effort. Patience and unconditional love are needed to stop frustration and irritation quickly escalating to anger and hostility.

What should we be doing to combat these inner tensions and external pressures? Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is in my Spiritual Toolbox because it calms our nervous systems and helps maintain balance. This mediatation resolves many conflicts and is an automatic reflex for positivity. 

Use this FULL MOON to change your way of thinking, learn to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain and develop the capacity to open hearted and connected to your own Sat Nam (Truth).

This is a time for protecting, nurturing and healing, of yourself and your loved ones.
