Introduction into AGELESS WISDOM: The Secrets of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Beginner Level Class - 8 week series , September 9th to October 28th
Monday's | 6:30pm - 7:50pm | $15 donation
In these Level 1 classes students will awaken at a slower pace with more explanation of the nature and the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Focusing on breath techniques to balance the nervous system, why we chant and how to pronounce the mantra's correctly, applying body locks to move the kundalini energy as well as ancient wisdom to enhance overall health and wellbeing. Introduction into the Chakra System and the specific location of each Chakra, learning the techniques to balance each for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
Each class ends in meditation & deep relaxation to the Sound of the Ancient Gong to balance, heal & rejuvenate.
